Chief Financial Officer

David Fallon was appointed Chief Financial Officer at Vertiv in July 2017. Prior to joining Vertiv, David served as Chief Financial Officer at Clarcor, Inc., a publicly traded $1.4 billion global filtration company with operations in North America, Europe, Asia, Africa and Australia. He also served as Vice President of Finance at the company.

David has more than 25 years of experience in financial management with global companies. He served as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer for Noble International, a $1.1 billion auto supplier with global manufacturing operations. He also served as the company’s Vice President of Finance. Prior to joining Noble, he served as treasury manager at Textron Automotive, a financial analyst at DaimlerChrysler and a senior accountant at Deloitte & Touche, where his primary client was a global mining company.

David earned an MBA degree from the Wharton School of Business and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a dual major in finance and accounting from the University of Dayton.
